The mind can be easily drawn out of the outside world via Tortoise (Kurmakasana). Hare (Shashaungasana) puts pressure on the head and stimulates the pineal gland to produce melatonin, which gives a sense of well-being and happiness. There are many potential goals, physically, magically or spiritually, but Rajadhiraja Yoga sees only a spiritual goal, which is why it is only spiritual samadhi, the merger of Cosmic Entity.

Although there are different types and styles of spiritual sardines, they can all be divided into two common categories: savikalpa and nirvikalpa. Savikalpa means "by vikalpa," or "by thought or emotion." Savikalpa Samadhi is, therefore, a sucking point in the Cosmic Concept.

Anudhyana takes the whole process to its end - to the highest state of life: Nirvikalpa Samadhi. This is a condition of improper absorption, in which the tendency of the mind is completely stopped. Nirvikalpa means "without vikalpa," or "without thought or feeling." It is a state of complete happiness.
